Problem: The younger generation of workers feel they enter the workforce at a disadvantage due to age, and lack of work and networking experience. This is doubly true for those seeking remote positions.
Target User Group(s): Recent college graduates looking for employment using the internet.
Solution: By design, CAREERHATCH exists for new college graduates looking to kickstart their careers by guiding them towards connections with positions and employers that match their education, skills, and aspirations. This tool will be leveraged to identify tailored job opportunities and career building resources, in one seamless user experience across multiple platforms.
